The Quality Standards Make the Difference The STANDARDS have been developed by the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) in association with the National Home Builders Association (NHBA) as a service to new home consumers in Central Indiana.  The STANDARDS create a series of performance milestones that builders and customers can use to communicate and understand each others EXPECTATIONS regarding their building projects.  The STANDARDS address the moste prevalent issues that arise between the builder and the customer and provide a road map thru the entire construction process.
